Package includes:

  • 10 hour day - $950

  • $130/hour for prep and wrap

  • First floor loading dock, 1 bathroom, living room set up, dining area for 8.

  • $60 per hour for load in/load out

  • COI, with additional insured (holding company, Jennarator, LLC)

Package includes:

  • $1,100 per day - 10 hour day

  • $160/hr for prep and wrap

  • $80 per hour for load in and out

  • COI, 2,000,000.00 listing additional insured, Jennarator, LLC

  • Deposit: $900.00

Corporate PACKAGE

Package includes:

  • 5 hour session

  • Optional: Rectangular Tables + Chairs

  • $150 for Prep and Wrap

  • 1 - 1 hr Walk-Through

  • Request a Drink and Snack Package

  • Catering List

  • Min: 10 people Max: 50 people

  • $75.00 cleaning fee

Friend or Family Gathering PACKAGE

Package includes:

  • minimum 5 hour session

  • tables and chairs for up to 35

  • kitchen, bathroom, street parking, front door entry code for access, 1 commercial fridge and freezer, 8 burner gas stove with convection oven, coffee maker.

  • Bring your own drinks, table cloths, cups.

  • 1 -1 hr walk through

  • sonos stereo system

  • $900 deposit

  • $75 cleaning fee - if required
